We therefore begin system design projects by taking time to understand the short and long term objectives of our customers. Next, a site survey will be undertaken by our experienced engineers using specialist diagnostic equipment.

We then configure radio systems by taking into account the following factors:

• Current and future communications needs from calling groups, simplex and multiplex communication to privacy, security and scalability.
• The physical locations in which the radio systems will be used.
• The need to integrate with telephones, alarms, computers and other business systems.
• The need for Lone Worker, Man Down, Automatic Vehicle Location and other applications.
• The ability to exploit existing equipment.
• Budgets.
