Our maintenance and support services can be tailored to the needs of each customer and include:
- Telephone support from our engineers within the hours of the maintenance agreement
- Site visits by an engineer where issues cannot be resolved over the telephone
- Cost-effective repairs undertaken in our own workshop
- The replacement of faulty equipment where agreed
- The provision of standby equipment for customers using our 24x7 maintenance service
* The inclusive equipment repair/replacement offer above only covers equipment that has become faulty or damaged through reasonable business usage and specifically excludes items damaged through obvious negligence or malice.
Suiting a range of budgets, cover can be provided:
- During office hours (09.00 – 17.00 Monday to Friday) under next day or 3 working day options. Customers choosing Managed Service (Long-Term Hire) financing options will automatically receive office hours support and maintenance coverage.
- 24x7 including agreed response and fix options within which faulty equipment will be repaired or replaced.
