GOODS RETURNS

Should the Buyer wish to return goods bought from the Resound, they must contact the Seller by telephone or in writing in the first instance within 14 calendar days. Should the Seller agree to accept the return, then a Job Number will be issued which the Buyer should use to identify the returned goods, suitably packaged. The Seller reserves the right to charge a refurbishment/restocking fee.
