our services

We help our customers achieve their ideal radio system with a full range of supporting services;

Systems Design – in the modern business radio environment there are often many different ways to solve the same communications problem. At Resound, we apply our many years of experience to working with customers to design the best system that we can, taking into account their current and future needs.

Systems Integration – it is increasingly common for customers to want to integrate their radio systems with other business systems, including telephone networks, building management and alarm systems, and computer applications. We are extremely experienced in building systems that allow functionality from a wide range of sources to be available to the radio users.

Systems Installation – we fully install the radio systems that we have designed for both static and mobile situations.

Support & Maintenance – we offer a range of maintenance options to best meet the business needs of our customers.

Systems Programming - systems programming can be a complex area to set up such that the radio users get appropriate usability matched with memorable simplicity. We are particularly experienced in this area and can provide practical advice at every level, along with alternate approaches where possible.

Equipment Repair – we operate our own in-house repair/refurbishment workshop for a range of two-way radio equipment. Before repair work is carried out on any customer equipment, an estimate of the cost and time to repair will be provided so that the customer can decide either way.

Lease Purchase and Managed Service (Long-Term Hire) – we understand that different organisations operate under different budget approaches and that purchasing equipment can be difficult at certain times within a budget year. So we’ve come up with a flexible approach to help our customers fund the acquisition of new radio equipment. We provide a choice of three options, all of which are operated directly by ourselves so there are no ‘middlemen’ to add cost or inflexibility.
